I’m going to be training from 5-8 am through the week. The reason is I still want to lift heavy while my trainer wants me to do more cardio…since I wasnt going to give up heavy stuff…for fear of losing everything Ive built…and since he is intent on making me do the damned elipyicals and treadmills so much…a compromise was made…

I also just ordered a posing technique vid…not in preparation by any means, but it will definitely help to throw the poses in at the end of a session a couple times a week…ya know, if the time ever comes I won’t make those posture errors…so yes, I will be a douche posing in the gym from now on

In other news “creatine kid” put 20 pounds on his flat bench…I told him it was the creatine but th reality is that he learned the PL bech recently whereas before he was doing a press the was higher up on the chest…perfect how those two things syced up lol
