“Strength” Prowler work…trainer loaded up the sled and I pushed…slow…long strides…5 30 yard heay pushes

In the locker room pulled out the cup of brown rice 6 eggs and beans I had cooked up for post work out…was so fucking good…definitely my favorite meal

The only pic I could find of the headstock. It’s a “top down” pic, but you should be able to make out the bat that it’s shaped like, including the wing bones. It’s bad ass.
