But, my experience with saina yoga was insane. I did the poses from Bikram for the most part…stayed in for about 70 minutes…came out feeling “purified”. That’s just about the only way I can describe it. I was going to quit about a fourth way through…glad I didnt bcause at that point my sweat turned into straight water.

it was amazing. I’m definitely doing it Mon and Thurs from now on…time permitting.

After those 2 months, I think it goes back to being and arm AND a leg per month, so I’ll quit it then, but for the two months it’s going to be sweet. Sweating pure water is awesome and yeah, you feel “purified” afterwards. And walking into the “real” air is like…pure win.

The most manly and strong type of win though. Cuz we’re dudes, and we’re hardcore like that. So shut up, Nikki, before you say anything :wink:

Shit, a regular gym with a steam room in it would be an option I’d look into…even if you do only go for the yoga in the heat and lift at home.
