Estrogen Info

I’d like to start a thread about Estrogen. Men want a lot in their women, but not a lot in themselves. However, we do need some, for libido, “output” (yes it’s true), and for bone health among other things.

This group of hormones (Estriol, Estrone and Estradiol) can be about as confusing as the babes we are hot after thanks to our “T”.

Here are some links to info about Estrogen. It would be great to have others contribute info regarding this as well as the need for men to avoid estrogen dominance, and for those on TRT, to involve anti-estrogens in their therapies.

This particular male prefers women that are not estrogen dominant (large stores of body fat), but more Testosterone elevated (easily aroused and hard bodied) to keep us both “happy”.

I personally can vouch for the negative, depressing, lost, foggy headed, unmotivated, passive, etc., effects of elevated E levels.

Some of us guys convert more T to E than others, causing estrogen “poisoning” from scheduled HRT/TRT dosing. Elevated body fat levels are a known problem too. As many have stated before; more body fat means more E, more E means more body fat. We men (if not watching our diet and exercise) get caught in the E trap day by day w/o notice, until something is “obviously wrong” and then we can only pray we get access to a doctor that does HRT/TRT well.

Mine does, but it took “forever” to find a forward thinking, progressive, “walk the line of the law” doctor. My doc is okay with my TT level at 1000 as long as my b/w stays good, and I could not be happier. My woman is happier too.

Finding a doc who’ll give you Androgel…can be done.
Finding a doc who’ll give you Cyp…can be done.
Finding a doc who’ll help control the E that arises from the first two…near on to impossible.

Most will want to reduce T, to lower E…which is bad.

has anybody tried REZ-V sold on this site…my dr wont test for E…which really pisses me off …i go to her again tomorrow im gonna ask her about it once more but ive been thinking about using this REZ-V…

Started my Test injection yesterday at 50mg. Eth. My E tested at 29 but I bought REZ-V to take EOD. I took one 200mg. cap with dinner. Since my E isn’t high right now no need to over use it. My 1st HCG inject is this week too. I heard on another board some use REZ-V just once per week too.

I ask my doctor which is very good by the way. Why doctors won’t deal with estrogen related stuff. He said adding something like Arimidex will make your testosterone levels rise and in turn require doctors to know something about HRT and be able to adjust dosages. So maybe this is true. I know I just called and told his nurse my symptoms and that night Arimidex was at the Pharmacy waiting for me to pick it up.

Here’s an exerpt from:
www.resveratrol-guide.com/tag/testosterone

As you can see from previous articles exposing the benefits of taking resveratrol supplements, resveratrol has a whole lot going on for it, but did you know that men actually receive a whole lot of extra benefits when taking resveratrol?

A simple reason: resveratrol acts as an estrogen blocker.
If resveratrol is a site (receptor) blocker, not a aromitase inhibitor, technically you still have lots of E2 floating around, you just hope it doesn’t bind anywhere. Whereas with an AI, the E2 is not produced and finding sites to bind to is no longer an issue.
I could be wrong though…
