Eric Lilliebridge 960lbs x 2 Raw Squat

The speed out of the hole is amazing. But my favourite part is when I clicked to watch it on Youtube rather than here, one of the related videos in the right hand column was for MonsterQuest - Giganto, the real King Kong. It did seem appropriate given the size of the two of them.

Jeopardy Time.

Eric Lilliebridge.

What happens when you have an entire lifetime of good coaching and immense devotion to powerlifting on top of great genetics.

All of the videos by the lilliebridge family are fucking depressing. Way to squat 100 pounds less than my total lol

The more amazing part is that in Feb, when he lifted in Dubuque at his last meet, his squat number as like 950 or something, now he’s doing doubles of 960. At that level of lifting, one would think gains would slow down…apparently not for this monster

I’m in no way attempting to discredit the guy, but I wonder how much the drugs play into this. He’s pushing 3-bills at the moment, and believe he was 275 then. That’s alot of bodyweight to add when you’re already that big.

Dude’s got a mean dbol bloat lol…I mean his brother is huge, but Eric absolutely dwarfs him in pics. He’s definitely maxed out all the other factors too. I asked him for technique advice and he was very helpful…which convinces me he’s secretly Ed Coan’s son.

Haha. Don’t know much about him but he comes across as a standup dude. Also not sure how tall he is but he has to look cartoonishly massive in person.

Gaining 20 lbs in 2 months is. Othing when you are that big I know first hand/. I’m 6’3" 310 at the moment, dfinately not auscular guy, just a really big guy, around 23% body fat at th moment. But, I was 280 at about 19% bf at the turn of th new year. Hell, I can gain 5 lbs in a week without trying. I’m one of those guys that ends up gaining weight while he tries to cut lol.

Point is, you do need drugs to gain weight, just eat a lot more food. When you are big, it’s easy to gain weight. When you are small, it’s hard to gain weight, go figure.

I met Eric at the Arnold this year. He is very nice. Yes, he is absolutely massive in person lol.

Looks like Eric finally started squatting low bar. As far as I know he used to squat exclusively high bar. I wonder if his shoulder injury has anything to do with the new stress he’s putting on it? Either way his progress is still insane.
