Eric Cressey in Men's Fitness

Maybe this was already posted on this site so I’m sorry if I’m just repeating old news. The new issue of Men’s Fitness (an abominable magazine usually only good for reading material while shitting) has a big article by Eric Cressey. It also has a 4 week program he designed for increasing relative strength. Some of the ideas were new to me so I thought I’d let everybody know.
