I was reading CT’s recovery article, and he had motioned that Epson salt baths are great for recovery purposes. He mentioned in the article to use 400g of this stuff in a tub 3 times weekly. Can I just throw the 400g in the tub and mix it, or can I let it soak into my skin before? I assume to take these after weight training days? What is the best way?
