Enter Your BID For a T-Cell!

Multi-discipline sports, ie triathlons, Ironman.

How about a T-Cell dedicated to me and all of my invaluable advice dispensed throughout this site, especially my standard advice when nothing else comes to mind: slit their fucking throats!

natural food cell

It’s time for a confession question t-cell. The thread is becoming polluted. I WANT to keep this on T-Nation…

I would like to see somthing about the pros and cons of bodybuilding in terms of health/longevity. We might be eating massive quantities of food, but we’re eating lean meats, organic fuits/vegetabels, taking fiber supplements, digestive enzymes, fish oil, and other vitamins/supplements to perform at the highest possible level.

You aren’t going to grow unless your body is functioning at a high level, and we work hard every day to make sure we are there. Does the extra muscle mass add more stress than our healthy habits alleviate? If so, at what level is it detrimental?

I guess I would like to see a discussion on how today’s bodybuilders are going to fare in the long run.

You know, there ARE general health/fitness forums…

The chances of someone “going too far” are similar to that of them “getting too big” accidentally, pretty much ZERO, for one simple reason. Once you get to that point, you’ll have accumulated enough knowledge over time to understand for yourself, especially if you do minimal research on what you put into your body.

How about a Paleo Diet T-Cell for different recipes and different ideas?

There is a Paleo Diet Cookbook thread and many threads in Supplements and Nutrition discussing the Paleo Diet. I don’t believe there is a sufficient volume of forum members to warrant such a T Cell. Not having a shot at you, just expressing my opinion on it.

There are some lifters on this site who want to ask questions that aren’t strictly related to bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting or strongman. Some don’t like when the bodybuilding forum gets clogged with non-bodybuilding topics for example. If we want to keep the subforums “clean” and “on topic”, maybe we need another one for people who simply

I know I only have a few posts here, but if I may…

If I am tracking correctly, how about a T-Cell for the PSC/PSD crowd? Due to the nature of our work, I’ve always found it difficult for example, to maintain a decent nutritional program.

I would like to request for two good ideas to be combined.

I would like to petition for a NeelyEvil T-Cell.

Please.

I’d like a T-Cell for people who maybe are not cut out for this.

Evil must remain unrefined.

I’m still wondering why there isn’t a Tcell specifically for endurance training. Distance running, cycling etc. The training for this is extremely specific and if I’m not wrong…I’ve seen cyclists with Biotest or Spike jerseys lol.

Maybe a T-Cell for civil service workers(fire fighters, paramedics, cops, SWAT, etc.). I seem to see more who work in those fields on here.

^second that, maybe only so i can be in a tcell but still
