Rugby t-cell?[/quote]

Oh the sweetness of that thought!
But in all seriousness a Athletes T-Cell might be welcome for us who don’t do combat sports.
I feel there’s loads of american football, rugby and soccer players on T-Nation who need a space of their own.

I support the Rugby T-Cell idea… I’m only a wee little 17 year old freshman and I have a long way to go, but I love the game and it would be awesome to have access to advice from more experienced players.

How about one where everyone stays on topic with every post!

my trainer is a T-Nation author, and i am a level 5 so i should definitely be in!

how about one for : I can out lift, out run, out fight, and out think you so anytime you post anything I will be there to tell you what a worthless piece of shit you are.

get all the people that think they’re GOD in one spot so there can be a discussion instead of an argument between us mortals

T-Cell for people in Competition. Whether it be bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, or just sports.

Facing a real live opponent in competition changes the dynamics of training and I think it’d be cool to discuss and share competitive experiences.

The College life

for all the young, broke college kids like me. who struggle to get money for supplements and have a hard time keeping their calories up because damn tuition is so high. we can use it to swap nutrtion tips, because we all know how food courts in universities are. among lots of other things

i think this will be good because there is nothing on this site catering to the younger student/athlete/bodybuilder/powerlifter

i mean look at the forums, nothing that rally draws in the young crowd! and usually when someone my age posts in a forum, they get flamed because they dont ask the question in the right way, as young people who are involved with strength sports we need to connect with people that are in our situation

hopefully you guys consider this!

Happy Holidays, Let it Rock!!

An Injury Cell; for all of the men (and women) who are recovoring from either a Physical or Medical Condition.

A competion one where there are reviews and discussions for different Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, or any other type of Strength Events that are going on around the world.

A gym thread… Yep I am basing this idea off of the thread that talks about all the weird shit that goes down at the gym.

Conditioning would be a good one.

firefighters from around the world who are involved in natural bodybuilding

T-Cell for those who have, or want to, start their own gym. I’m not talking LA Fitness or Golds Gym but warehouse, garage, or basement types. People could share ideas about starting and running a successful business.

Are we ever going to get rid of these sticky’s? It’s high time for them to go. Let them go in to the abyss as they should

T-Cell for competitive over 35 lifters? Maybe? Highland games, powerlifting, Throwers and strongmen?

T-Cell about the sub-conscious/6th sense of training/diet. I’m talking about when you’ve been at it for long enough that you have an awareness of your optimal training volume/caloric intake without having to closely count calories, reps, etc. It’s the mind over matter side of this love for the iron. It’s how guys that have been at it for 10+ years have an understanding of their bodies, and can build/maintain impressive physiques in far less time than those who are new to the game.

Sure there are physiological reasons why this happens, but after years of training, I know I train and eat smarter than I did 2-3 years into it. I’m not talking about reading some article on here and thinking you’re an expert on eating. I’m not talking about training for 2 years and becoming an expert because you lost some baby fat and think you look good in an affliction t-shirt. I’m talking about guys who have been training/eating with discipline for years and the 6th sense that comes with the territory.

How has your understanding of your body through experience changed your training/diet? How have your optimal training, foods, etc. changed over the years? I would like this to tap into the knowledge of the most experienced people and give insight into more of the fine details of training/diet.

x2…the T-Cell is great for some good topics; but for some reason isn’t that active now that we talked about the (what seems to be) finite number of topics.

T-cell for midgets. All particapants must have naked pictures.

Yeah lower volume is to be expected with a much smaller population of posters. And trust me, there are always other topics.

  1. I thought I was awesome because I was going to propose a rugby T-Cell. About 18 thousand people beat me to it.

  2. How about a “non-fitness professionals” Cell? That means any professional (engineer, lawyer, businessman) not in the fitness industry. It would be a great way to get fitness, lifting and nutritional ideas from people who who have intense work life styles. Also, the networking/fundraising/promotional opportunities with a cell like this are quite extensive and can definitely benefit T-Nation. The only caveat would be that they would have to be serious about lifting, because I know a lot of professionals who do curls while standing on one leg and call it a day…

how about an anti-belt T-Cell?

how about a T-cell for the beginner lifters? ( <2 years of experience)
