Do fartleks! Easiest way to accumulate running volume without wanting to cut off your feet.

Or any interval training. I’ve been running to improve my mile time but the furthest I’ve run at any one time is half a mile.

I’m just more of a fan of chicks a little softer, a little shapelier.

That’s not to say there’s not ten billion smoking hot muscular chicks out there, just that if I had to choose I would say I prefer chicks a bit curvier. Seems more feminine to me.

Makes sense. I don’t really want to be extremely shredded, with veins all over the place, but I’d like to be solid in majority of places, with some jiggle where it needs to be lol

I like all of her stuff. I always forget that shes older, but its like the older ladies who make pop music do it really well, and their age just adds flavor to their music. Sia is like 40 years old, and her music is very vibrant and earth-like (not sure how else to word it), and the way she sings, its like it circles itself and just bounces everywhere. MO and Sia are amazing artists.

The first time I heard Sia sing I was impressed, and then I found out she’s “old” and was like what?! I hadn’t heard of her until just a couple years ago, not sure if she had much going on here in the US prior to that.

She was in a band which I forget the name of in the 1990s, and then started doing her own thing.

Doctors appointment on the 9th. Well a check in. We will see how it goes.
