Update:
So far everything is coming along really good. Overall getting leaner, however the scale hasn’t been moving whatsoever. Weight seems glued at 198-199.
I’m not exactly sure what’s going on, but I suppose this is turning into a very aggressive recomp?
Back of the legs are looking good, back fat is nearly gone, abdominal fat is also leaving.
Diet has been extremely boring, and extremely strict.Ground beef, frozen mixed vegetables, trail mix, rice, oranges and apples, multivitamins. And repeat.
Definitely not a fan of dieting down. Nope. Irritation is at level 10,000.

I have 2 and a half years worth of pictures lol. I’m just extremely shy when it comes to picture sharing, but the 2018 transformation thing is what I’m using as a catalyst to break me of this fear. So if you can hang on for about 3 more weeks I’ll deliver lol.
