I ate roughly 4-5k calories throughout the day just because I kind of needed to, less I develop a horrible headache

Sorry for being MIA. Between work and school I’m getting my ass kicked.
Been riding like crazy, but forgot to log last weeks routes almost entirely. Most have been between 30-35 miles, managed do get four days in. Coupled some good DB workouts as well. But haven’t stepped foot in the gym all last week.
