Does anyone know of a decent EMS machine for under $300 or even $200?
I’ll use this to supplement my work out (Sprints and lifting)…I’m a sprinter, so I should work out my upper body and lower body with this too.
Supposedly this can really increase your strength, is this true?

I’m a sprinter, and not a cook, what are some good healthy foods I should eat that are very easy to make? Possibly even microwavable…
