Errm, I’m not sure if I’d really be allowed to say specifically. Some of the stuff that went down around that time got people banned from this site. I don’t want to become one of those people for discussing it all over again. I like T-mag; I’ve been here for 8 years and I’d prefer to stick around.
So without giving any details I’ll just say this. It wasn’t just the Avant thing. There was a whole shitstorm that stirred up around that time between some of the writers here and all of the regulars, and that’s when what I’ve always called the “mass exodus” occurred. All at once the entire cast of regulars save for a few just took off for other boards, and then it became this whole Biotest/T-mag vs. various other boards thing. It was all a bit ridiculous, really.

I agree…not worth rehashing what was a terrible time for many of us whom have posted on the site for a while (close to 9 years for me also…)
Many of us who supported the Site were even dragged in the mud for almost 2 years!
There is still some “residual hate” out there…(it almost reminds you of the stories of German and Japanese soldiers in remote outpost who would not surrender when WWII was over…)
It’s almost as if their hate is their only motivation. (You will see it most when certain authors and coaches post here…)
Again…its best to move on…

actually bro im not taking anything now and im mainting 185 im doing pretty well. Im not sure on body fat percentage but probally like 11 percent i still can see a 6 pack. I realized i made some big mistakes you dont need anything except heart and determination to get the body you want.
But i would like to drop another 4 percent body fat but anyways thanks for some of you guys starting to act mature and just talk about lifting etc.
