I’ve aggravated the outside tendon on my elbow and different from the past as I am more than willing to do whatever is necessary to keep this at bay rather than letting it get worse.
I take 6 flameout and 2 curcumin already .
This popped up after having a cheat day eating very inflammatory foods…. I’m definitely regretting that.
Any training tools, tips or supplementation changes?
I’m older than I was and I hope that I’m smarter and I’m trying to keep nagging injuries from being a thing.
Thanks

BPC-157 500mcg daily for 4 weeks
TB500 5mg/week split into 2 2.5mg shots
Obviously you need to back off on what is aggravating the tendon or change movements to something that does not aggravate it.
Plan for 4 weeks. If not starting to feel better after 2 weeks then add another two weeks. I’ve only needed to go to 6 weeks once.

Voodoo floss helps me.
Find back movements that don’t aggravate it. For me that was more horizontal than vertical pulling and straight-arm lat movements.
If arm work is irritating it, I’d just drop it for awhile. When you add it back in, add a movement at a time and assess. Hammer curls are the worst for me.

Im going to go ahead and give you different advice. I have been dealiing with this a lot on the left elbow. I couldnt get relief, so I decided to do some bicep curls and tricep.work to either aggravate the fuck out of it or fix it.
I have been using a dumbell curl that keeps the pressure off the outside of the elbow, So working the big head rather than the small.
Hammer curls are my favorite, but i havent been doing them, as i believe they were part of the problem.
i also use drag curls. Basically if your elbow is facing out, you should get relief. This has allowed me to keep pressing movements.
I never had problem with pull movements bothering it, luckily
This and a lot of pullups has pretty much eradicated the pain altogether

Trying the bpc157 500mcg ed
Happened to have TB500 mixed 1:1 with it too.
Also got the Thera band bars to do some active recovery on the tendons.
I did some research about exercises to strengthen and rid myself of the issue.

I forgot! Something else that was popular for a little while was strengthening your finger extensors. Amazon sold this little pack of bands that looped around your fingers to resist fully opening your hand. The idea was we get stuck in permanent flexion because of life, and that irritates the tendons too. I can’t tell you if it really helped, because I was doing other things as well, but it seemed sound.

I grabbed a bag of hand strength items for like $9 and that was part of it.
This seemed the oddest but I’ll give it a couple weeks of daily sets
Thanks for sharing
