It shows…but it seems the rest of the class isn’t laughing so hard with you.

I thought I said your genetics are average and that someone might be able to get to your size with adequate nutrition and training and average genetics.
Then again I would say you are seeing things because where are all of the people my size to base that off of?

Could all of the average lifters here who are my size and bigger please post pics?
Brick claims anyone can do it so obviously most here have.
Apparently you didn’t read what I wrote. I wrote I remember you saying you have average genetics and asking me how someone with average genetics can get to your size.
I don’t recall ever saying you’re of average size and I don’t think that, so I’m confused by this post.
Also, where did I say ANYONE can do it?
You are now literally SOLICITING compliments and genuflection.
i think it was to find out if anyone has gained 80 lbs of lean muscle mass at an average height without being fat or bloated with water??? without roids??**

Along these lines.
And to show just what those sort of stats look like.

X, how do you manage to keep progressing every single year when even some of the best natties hit a halt in gains or gains become progressively smaller and smaller after over 15 years of lifting.
You’re the only man I’ve come across in a constant state of progress. What do you attribute this to?
First, I am not making constant progress since I just spent the last whole year or more rehabbing a motorcycle accident injury that would have kept most people out of the gym completely.
Ignoring that I pulled that off without losing any muscle should be what you focus on…and I did that by doing exactly what I write here.
Maybe you should try listening to it once or twice.
I am a little confused why you would ask that question…yet act like the way I did it is wrong.
How strange.
Where did I say the way you’ve made your progress is wrong? Progress implies something was done right.
How did you hold onto your muscle while rehabbing?
Have I ever said you’re small? No. But people like that guy are sporting more whole body mass than you.
What are you trying to prove?
That he probably isn’t.
You made the claim that someone my size is “average”. I think you are seeing things because I do NOT see many people at all , and damn sure not on this board, who have backs or anything else as big as mine to claim it is “average”.
I am simply responding to the incredibly ridiculous things you have written here lately.
Apparently, you think it is AVERAGE for someone to have a back that size?
it’s funny when people talk about powerlifters and how much muscle mass they must have because they have a bench of X lbs or squat of Y lbs
doesn’t mean shit
there are small guys on this forum who put up huge weights

dunno why they are being equated

Apparently you and X don’t understand some basic physiology or just haven’t followed powerlifting much.
YES, strength can be improved without a corresponding size gain. However, there is a limit to this.
With that being the case, NO ONE is squatting 1000 pounds or benching in the low 700s without a ton of muscle mass regardless of how efficient they are. PLEASE, show me small guys who are putting up those numbers.
