Efferding Totals 2,221 lbs Raw @ SPF Meet

Awesome video, stan in awesome.

I don’t know if anyone saw the bench and deadlift comp between Jonnie Jackson and Ben White. Intzer sponsered the event so they were both wearing gear. Here are their lifts:

Johnnie: 523 bench +815 DL = 1338
Ben: 573 bench +633 DL = 1206

Stan would have owned these guys. I’m suprised Ben only pulled 633, that is not that impressive for a guy his size. Hopefully they let Stan compete next year!

I just want to add that they were wearing bench suits, dont know what ply.

HAHAHA, Efferding ruled at Olympia, coming to stage with his hands chalked and all

Anyone know the story with the shirts??

I assume they were just a few sizes too big, their for the sake of it and provided no real support judging by the numbers.

or videos?

Just type this into google:
Johnnie Jackson Defeats Ben White at the 2009 Olympia Worlds Strongest Bodybuilder!

There is a video posted on another site

The video is pretty long becasue Stan jumps on stage and calls them out. He will be facing Johnnie next year, and added 10k of his own money to the pot.

They just looked like a really tight t-shirt and didn’t seem to be offering much help.

Inzer provided old EHPHD shirt and Champion Suits.

I believe he also put his hummer up for the 2010 event. Hopefully next year or later on down the road they invite ALL bodybuilders with pro status for the tournament.

he’s giving away his hummer if one of them can beat his total

Supposedly that’s what was/is going to happen next year. They want to make it a yearly thing although I don’t know how long it will last without fresh blood every few years. I noticed they played rock music during the lifting. I hate it, but I think these guys needed rap. j/k. Ben has said he doesn’t deadlift regularly, but I wonder how much time these guys(stan included) dedicate to pl and how much to bb. Of course there is some overlap, but both take their own unique demands.
