I take 3 grams of L-tyrosine 30 mins before workouts. I was just wondering if anyone knew how long its effects last. I’ve lately been getting the feeling that I might be having trouble sleeping because of it. But it could just be in my head.

I can down 6g a day, and as long as I give myself a 6 hour window before bed I’m fine.
Yeah I have been. Thats why I was wondering. 6 hour window? Damn. I might have found my problem. I usually work out at night, maybe 3 hours before sleeping.
