BCAA and L-Tyrosine

Since BCAA and L-tyrosine compete in the bloodstream, taking them at the same time wouldn’t be optimal as far as I understand. But if you want to have caffeine and tyrosine 1h. pre-workout, and still have your BCAA before you’re workout, would taking BCAA 1h. after taking the Tyrosine (when starting the workout) work well?

In other words, would 1h. between the supplements be enough to get the most effect of both?

Probably, but I and most others won’t be able to answer this. It’s not worth worry about beyond this, but I would think that 1 hr is enough time, but you also have to consider BCAAs from food and the absorption rate of that protein source, etc.

I use tyrosine before every workout ( 3-5 grams ) I also throw in high doses of bcaa`s when cutting. The way I dose them is to take the tyrosine 1 hour after eating, and begin training 45-60 minutes after drinking the tyrosine of which I start to sip on my bcaa intra workout drink with 70 grams of dextrose.

So theres 1 one hour time delay between breakfast and the tyrosine, 1 hour time delay between the tyrosine and the bcaas, so I always begin training 2 hours after my pre workout meal to maximize the given supps here. The tyrosine and bcaas have always done their desired effect. So interference I dont think is a factor.

But have noticed that adding glutamine even the peptide bonded stuff made the bcaa`s less effective. I suspect there is interference going on here. Another reason to make the claim that glutamine sucks, lol…
