Has anyone tried this? I’ve read that it has beneficial effects on focus, and could be extremely helpful for big ME days, or even before a meet.
I have taken 3500mg before working out with 300mg caffeine. I like it, but its nothing crazy.
I take a serving of PowerDrive pre-workout (3g or Tyrosine per serving) and I LOVE it! It really helps me focus.
If you take it with carbs, it should be effective, at 3g you should feel it. if you take it with a protein meal, I believe it is much less effective, because of the other amino acids competing with it.
I can’t cite it, but I’ve read thats true with ANY amino acid supplimentation. If anyone can say more about combining aminos, I’d really like to hear it.
