For EDT training should I be supersetting the A1 and A2 exercises with no rest in between or should I treat them as separate sets?

Superset, don't superset, take 30 seconds between exercise, take 1 minute between exercises
It does not matter how you exactly structure the workout. Just do more reps of the same exercises in the same amount of time in your next workout.
what about tempo? I know I’m just supposed to try and get as many reps in the time frame as possible, but is there any restrictions on form or tempo?
cuz it becomes a lot easier if you just sling out the reps quickly or with cheating form.
Rug if I recall correctly, the tempo is not that important. If you were to use say, 302 one week and 202 the next, you may well be able to more reps with the faster tempo, hence more work. I think good form is important though. If you cheat one week and not the following that will likely affect your totals. I try to keep my form perfect, although I usually get a little loose on the last couple of sets.
