I’m finally going to give EDT a try, but I just need some quick clarification.
Aside from the rest period between time frames (5-10 mins), are we to rest between each of the two exercises in each time frame or do both exercises back-to-back like a superset then rest? How long should we rest for? Until we feel recovered?
Start out not resting at all between sets, as you get fatigued you will need to rest more and more. Remember, the goal is to get as many reps as you can, and then next workout get a little more. Push yourself.
