I have been using EDT, and I like what I see and feel. My scrawny ass shoulders could use a kick start, though. does anyone have any thoughts/comments/ideas on a shoulder/traps/ upper back EDT program to help bulk it up. Or, since I have been using EDT for a month, it is time to move on to something else?
You might want to try the 100 reps a day program with your shoulders. Make sure you keep the weights light and use good form, though.
I swapped lateral raises for the hyper extentions on the second day. On the fourth day I changed the situps to shrugs and the russian twists to hyper extentions. I was very pleased with the results, but I was using MAG-10 at the time also.
