I’m currently doing a program following EDT principles.
I know that the main goal is to beat the last total reps accomplished each workout in order to make gains.
I did it for the 2-3 first workout, but not for 2 exercises i’m unable to beat my score. What is it suggested in that case?
- reduce weights?
- Increase weights?

P.s. The problem is not that the weight is to heavy to let me accomplish higher reps it’s only because I can’t go faster switching exercices…
