Has anyone used EDT protocol by Charles Staley? I have been reading a lot of Dan John lately and I’m lolkng for a bus bench type workout for the next two months alongside some Martial arts training

Old thread but I’ll chime in. I thought it was pretty effective honestly, I ran it for about 6 weeks, the only problem for me it was damn boring. Going back and forth on the same exercise was pretty lame. I like hitting it hard and moving on. Not really my thing.
I gained a lot of strength and lost weight. It can be boring, but if you treat it as a competition each workout, you will be ok. The only reason I stopped using it, was do to the volume. My shoulders aren’t in the best shape. But this was do to sports and poor training advice from my younger years.
