What is everyones thoughts on HST and EDT training. Good, bad which prefered.
HST worked realy well for me and helped a lot to learn certain lifts, can get a bit boring though!
Both are good. EDT is a bit intense for me and could lead to injury. I think it is best to use machines with EDT. I have been using HST for almost a year now and have been real happy. It took me a full 4 cycles to really understand the HST principles in relation to my needs but I think I have it pretty well tweaked for my personal requirements now.
I personally prefer HST.
