So -

this is the end of my program. The next program will be another 4 day split, Chest - Shldrs - Legs - Back, but instead of squats, I’ll make leg day a DL day. I’m wanting to get my DL’s into the mid to upper 300’s and can probably do so with a little effort.

Keeping in mind, my singular goal of 12lbs of lean mass by Thanksgiving.

Not really killing them, heavy but for 10-6 reps. I wanna keep them fresh for benching, and they get pretty pumped anyways~

No sense in keeping up with reps/weight on this since it don’t really matter…and, I was going to cut carbs to help drop 15lbs, but I’m kinda feeling the love from the ladies in GAL and SAMA, and think I’ll keep the bulk for the time being…

Good - Busy as usual…the Gluten Free thing actually caused me to gain instead of lose…but I did have a little more energy than I had before, so it was a good experiment.
