Leg press 4 sets, 20-15 reps - just to get the blood flowing, and the knees warmed up.

225x10x3 - 305 was feeling heavy, and I can feel myself coming out of form, so I thought it best to back off, not get hurt, and come back to own it another day.

do you have some long term goal for the workouts other than maintaining sanity?

sure - 12lbs of lean mass by thanksgiving, drop to and maintain 12-15%bf.

oh, and sexy…that’s a goal, no?

When I mentioned that I’m only lifting in the low 300’s, he mentioned that with 6 mos of training and suited up, he could get me in the high 300’s for squat and Bench, and in the low 400’s for DL.

That was nice of him to offer, and in another time I would probably consider it, but with work, and rebuilding the jeep, there’s just no room in my life for something like that.
