yeah, I know it s been a while, I didnt do any training on Sunday, and not at all this week due to meetings, but have a plan to get my shit together this afternoon and this weekend. Finally feeling some energy again, since that damnded cold that I had - good to be amongst the living no?

And it’s friday, after a long week - glad to see it again.

I got a question to you tho - Bosses… how do you get along with them?

I think i have an attitude, and I am going to work on it. I cant seem to find a boss that I dont have an issue with, and the common denominator is me.

I like the job, and I like working with the contractors and membership, but the last few bosses I’ve had have had issues. the one i have now is a ranter, and doesnt seem to be able to get anything done, and he has a bad memory, i have to remind him of things that are on his schedule. also, I have to prep him for meetings since he has no memory, and very low self esteem - i have to constantly build him up, then he gets cocky, and I have to bring him back to earth - just takes alot of time and energy, that would be better spent on other items, but it is what it is, right?

and it could be worse - but I need to look at myself and make some changes, since I am the only one that I can change, right?

what do you think?

finally got some back and shoulder light training on Sat, and some legs (DL) on Sun - the numbers were nothing to write home about, but got the blood flowing and the routine working again.

been working on a storage shed in the backyard, put on some shingles last weekend, and this weekend been working on the interior - insulation and paneling - didnt quite finish, but getting there -

found that I had bent my front driveshaft in the jeep, only about a 1/4 inch of a bend, and it should probably be okay for the time being - hopefully last the season~

happy hump day - got in some shoulder work last night, concentrated on volume, and was surprised at how weak my military was - 115 for 10 - damn son, not even the wheels!

oh well, next week - right?

one armed DB military presses - i like them cause they do concentrate on the delt, and also gets a great firing on the core.

Good day, kinda lethargic tho.im on the Anabolic diet again, and it makes me kinda depressed.
Lost 6lbs tho, since 2/1.

Legs today…

Did back/bi’s yesterday, and did pendelays at 185lbs x10 reps, 3 sets - angered my lower back so I took it easy today.

Did 3:sets of 15;reps of sandbag squats, these are partial reps to target the glutes

Then landmine squats with a plate 4 sets of 10 or so
Jefferson squats, empty bar
Then landmine rdls.
Then moved to shoulder training.

Today was a carb dominant diet day, and it makes me lethargic.
Oh well.
