Hi BettySue!

how’s things these days? don’t have to answer that…I follow your log more than I do my own!

here’s a Viking Pic for ya!
Oh…and I’ve started my cardio training…25 min on an eliptical machine 3-4 times per week prior to training.

think that’ll help my poor old heart?

wanna help me with some cardio, Cupcake?
Anything to help with your heart lover <3
blush…you know that I mean’t…well, not cardio, pre se…but, well…you know…don’tcha?

btw - BWG submitted the form and verifications to recieve a vid and transcripts of said cardio session if and when it ever happens, mkay?

Have a good weekend, Edgy. And do you do cardio? Maybe it’s time.

Heart racing today?
Cardio?

Viking cuddling?
cardio = cuddling?

you may be on to something, Charlotte!

Well, I did my first London Broil in the crockpot this weekend and it came out great. Super tender. I just rubbed it with olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper. Then just a bit of my Emril’s Creole seasoning. It just fell apart. And everybody liked it. YUM!

mkay - training, right?

started the new program with 25 min of cardio to start off the session, elliptical trainer is my torture of choice.

then did Back
wide grip pulldowns - 5 sets of 10 reps
T-bar rows - 6 sets of 8 reps
preacher curls - 5 sets of 10 reps.

I am thinking that with the cardio component, I can keep the reps volume down, by keeping the intensity up with heavy weight.

then Sunday I went in for some Cardio/Chest day - bailed on chest for family reasons…

See? stick with me, PuffyDear…we’ll have your family eating like Vikings!

Hahahaha yeah… I know wink wink
And yes to BWG’s forms.

Puffy, that london broil sounds awesome! I should make some.
Honestly, my mouth will water from EVOO and london broil alone. Add super tender and I’m on a plane to your house!

Yay to the cardio!
I’m going to start running. Not for weight reasons, more as relaxation and stress easing. But yeah, we’ll do this together!

Ugh indoor cardio, I’m an outdoor kitty and the thought of indoor cardio makes me want to throw a tantrum. “But I don’t wanna do the cardio” pouting, collapsing in a heap, kicking feet

Hope all is okay with the family.

As long as it doesn’t tire you out before hand…

couldn’t you do it AFTER??

“they,” say 20 minutes of ss cardio done after weight is good for getting leaner anyway. cause the cells are mobilized and all that science-y hoopla.

But you gotta do what you gotta do…

stick to it for a couple weeks and see how you feel.

thanks BettySue…

but cardio to me is like doing ab work.

if I don’t do it before the weights, then I know I’ll find a reason to bail on it, ya’know?

besides…I’m doing it more for heart health, not weight loss…altho I am losing some BF lately…

Monday-

did my 25 min of cardio,
then

chest -
Pec dec - 6 sets of 15 reps
DB BP - 85’s x 10 reps x 7 sets

Shoulders

Seated OH DB press - 70’s x 10 reps x 5 sets
1 arm DB reverse flys - 40’s x 9 reps x 4 sets

home.

You don’t like temper tantrum girl? But she’s so cute. lol

How about a puppy and kitteh cuddling?

And yes I need hugs, everybody needs more hugs.

(((((((hug)))))))

will be hoping on the cardio train myself after the meet.
I wanna loose 5-10lbs and I need to prepare myself physically for a 15 hours hiking trip we booked last week of august. I have a feeling that deadlifting epic weights will NOT help me with a 6hour 800 meter mountain climb. My lungs are shot. The smoking I’ve been doing since April prolly hasn’t helped me either. oops.
