+Runs Away+

I ran for about a minute this morning.
You’re better at this than me =(

Louis C.K. with a Tom Selleck 'stache?! WOW.

I just heard a tear in space-time. Thanks, Edginald.

I’m thinking about where to go with my lifting next, and I’m digging the simplicity of your program. Maybe I’m getting too fancy with so many moves in the gym. I mean if you do in there and do some seriously heavy DLs, you’re probably good, right? Hummm…

Oh, and some of that London Broil got turned into some soft beef tacos. I roasted some Anaheim peppers, dice and mix with the beef for the filling. Fry the corn tortillas just a bit and then put them in a baking dish, add beef, a bit of cheese, bake to melt, then top with some green onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. YUM!

I have a confession to make. I am on a quest to figure out what is the least amount of work I can do in the gym while still improving. I am so not extreme

Can I be an extreme slacker maybe? Want to join my extreme slacker club Puffy? >:-)

Oh, PuffyDear,
be careful in taking my advice on anything…this really depends on both your long term goals, and your short term goals…

I am trying to just maintain my level of lean mass while losing BF, and trying to get heart healthy…this is after 3-4 years of concentrating on increasing my lean mass.

Training is sooooooooo individual and should be specific to your goals…

But, glad the beef turned out well - that’s one of the reason why my ancestors invaded England…the beef, and the wimmenz, of course.

I think you are far from a slacker, Charlotte…Slackers don’t keep logs in PW.

Thanks, Mainie - btw, impressive Pr’s at the meet, you are one bad-ass French girl!

and, um…had my BP tested today before giving blood, 138/88.

not near as bad as I had thought…I think the Cardio i’ve done for the last few weeks have been helping. going to the Doc tomorrow, tho - . I want him to hear my heart and let me know what the hell is going on.

I’m hoping that he tells me all is well, and it’s all in my head!

Have some lols it is good for the stress.

You so funny Charlotte!

Mkay -

Cardio and Shlders last nite, nothing to write home about.

AND…

went to the docs, BP is 148/88 - a little high, but nothing to get too excited about yet.

and he hooked me up to an EKG, heart is behaving normally.

so, all I can figure out is that it’s stress.

so, I need to quit whining and squat like a man!

Stress is very bad. I had an anxiety attack yesterday. Planning on having another tomorrow lol
Let’s cardio to the death of us babe… to keep our untimely death at bay.

Fackin’ stress.
