one armed cable rows

EZ bar curls
hammer curls

then got some chest in on Sunday
Flat Bench - warmups, then
255x3x8 - I got them all this time, so next week I’ll shoot for 265.
DB FB 85’s x 12-10 x 5 sets
Pec Dec Flys - I through these in for reps cause it was mentioned that my Pecs were not up to expectations

Tris - Apex Presses and Decline Skullcrushers

then home~
