You know Edgy, upon further examination and consideration, I say just try and drop 10lbs of bodyfat. It seems like that’s what you want to hear and it’s what you keep getting drawn to. Take 6-8 weeks of dedication, clean that shit up, THEN get back to lifting heavy for low reps, and increasing your strength to super-viking levels.

You have my blessing, as long as you don’t quit squatting…ever

Yep - drop bout 10lbs, nothing drastic, just eat less dinner for a few weeks, that’ll get me close, then see what I need to do get to sexy.

thanks BettySue…I drink two cups of coffee in the morning, and one diet soda at lunch, other than that I try to drink at least a gallon of water per day.

and, that’s the onlyest soda I drink is diet. I hate getting empty calories from soda and try to avoid the High Fructose Corn Sweetener.
