Standing Militaryā€™s - 175x5-3x5 sets
DB Upright Rows (one armed) 60ā€™s x12-8x 4 sets
Seated DB OH press (neutral grip) 70ā€™s x 10-6x 5 sets
DB reverse flys 40ā€™s x 10 x 4
