Pendlays - 6 sets of 5 w/225 - yes, Ink…I lightend up on the weight to keep my back straight. at least I think my back was straight.
Hammer strength machine - Low - 5 sets for reps
then some bi’s and tri’s

BUT, I did get on the elliptical to kinda feel out how my legs are doing…so far so good.
