Edge, all you have to do is maintain beastly sexy status for summer blush
I flex my softballs aka shoulders around to everyone in the gym when I train 'em. They laugh for some reason, but I know it’s just jealousy.
Ode to Mac N Cheese
Oh Mac N Cheese
I’m the Apple to your Mac
You’re the great cheesy snack
One of the few foods that can set my diet back

Hi Power!
welcome to the par-tay.
thanks for stoppin by the blog, don’t be a stranger, mkay?
One thing I’d like to mention, with the pendlays if I may.
Try flattening your back a bit more, almost arching, before you pull. You won’t be able to use the really heavy ass weight you did right there, but your lats will be on fire from it.
Also, GIMME THAT MAC AND CHEESE DAMNIT!

I tried my hand at Pendlays this am. I like them, except:
rehabbing shoulder + pendlay row = use of sissy ass weights. meh. One day i’ll be beast mode 24/7 like out little cupcake…raises fist One day!!!

Hi Bettie-Sue!
Yeah…work and a NASCAR weekend in your birthplace (Fontana CA) slowed me down a little…
but I’m back at it~
Thanks for checking in.
Training was a little off-track due to some complications, but was able to get in for some Shoulders last night.
Standing Militarys - 155x10x6
Seated OH DB Press - 70’sx10x4
reverse flys - 40’sx10x4
then threw in some Bi’s and Tri’s - just for good measure…
Thinking of trying to do some legs again…I havent had the cramping problem, and have stopped doing creatine.
whaddya all think? should I start hitting legs by now?

If you’re feeling fine, do it, but take it easy at first. And by “at first” I mean, first workout should be an easy one. If that goes well, up the intensity next time, and so on and so forth, until you’re 100% without cramping and shit
start slow…mobility drills/warm ups, etc…
How thoughtful you remembered where I was born! ![]()
I think that if you did Pendlays without any problems, starting leg work should be fine.
But listen to your body and take it easy, a cupcake’s nothing without her Sugar ;D
