So gluten free, how’s that working out for you?
going mostly gluten free ( I do have occasional lapses ) has some mild positive effects to me.
I do sleep more sound
I do have more energy - not boundless, but exteneded…if that makes sense.
I am able to concentrate and focus more
I do not have mood swings, and am able to stay on a more even keel.
again, the effects are not body-shocking and mind-blowing, but they are calculable.
I do miss pizza and beer tho - sigh
How long have you been doing it?
since the middle of December - had a few lapses during the holidays, but the effects during the lapses are very short lived, as long as you get right back on the wagon.

What’s a day of Edgy diet look like then? Last time you posted diet I remember being surprised at how little you eat, fixed that?

6 am b-fast
5 eggs - 2 cups of coffee
9 am - snack
banana & yogurt
11 am - lunch
something with meat & rice or potatoes + Coke zero
2pm snack -
almonds & chicken breast
5pm
gym night - apple & protein shake
off night - salad & meat
repeat - this is just a sample, it changes and weekends are way different.
yep - camara angle sucked, but you are correct, seems I lift with the back more than the legs - need to stand up before pulling - helps when you vid, and you can see the problems.
I got to work on my form before I hit more weight, I think.
Late to the party but…
I don’t know if that’s necessarily true. I think you could really practice this with your warm up sets and it that should help reinforce it for your heavier sets. If you can film yourself from the side and watch how you set up immediately after the set I think you’ll gain from that too.

Shouldn’t you have more green things in this list?
