Did you receive the horse lotion? If so how’s it working?
wasssup Print? the shit just came in the mail yesterday - I got shoulders tonite, so I’ll see how it works. how do you keep the smell from contaminating your clothes?
The smell never bothered me. As for getting rid of the smell, the novel concept of using a washing machine will most definitely help.
Though I don’t think you’ll care much once you feel it heat up & loosen your shoulders. I’d swim in it if I could.

used it on my elbows last night before doing shldrs. that shit is black magic.
Shldrs -
Standing Military’s
185 x 3-2 x 4 sets
this was tough, but I am pushing them these days.
Hammer strength OH presses - 5 sets, 15 reps
seated DB raises - 25lbs x 12 reps x 4 sets
laying DB reverse flys - 30lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets
I decided to just do reps on the ancillary exercises.
upon reflection, my training is real close to the 5/3/1 w/o the deload week.
oh well~

Shocked me too how well it works. Even at night while you’re sitting around slather that shit up & let it do its thing.

pulled 315 for triples on Friday - I can see that my form still needs work tho~
Fabulous!!!.. I surprised myself just the other day. Was able to do 3 plates for 2 reps! No belts or straps. It is a Trap bar dead. I’m trying to do the somo dead this year as a goal for the same weight.
Love watching your progress keep the video coming. You are encouraging me!
DOOOOOOD!
Nice extended video of your booty. We all LOOOOOOOOOOVE booty shots.
On the DL I think your hips are shooting up as soon as you start lifting. A PL buddy of mine used to smack me down pretty hard for that when I was learning the form. Think on it a bit.

awesome pulling, TR - you keep a log around this place too?

Whatup K? you are correct, my form sucks these days. Ink gave me some good advice - keep your balls toward the bar.
I DL again on Saturday, so I’m gonna give that a shot.
Guess I’ll watch this one too. Something interesting might get posted…
J/K man, good lifting done, more to come? With clothes?

A special thanks gos out to my coach that keeps pushn me harder and haven faith that I can lift more then I know.
I have always wanted to be stronger … what a great experience.

going mostly gluten free ( I do have occasional lapses ) has some mild positive effects to me.
I do sleep more sound
I do have more energy - not boundless, but exteneded…if that makes sense.
I am able to concentrate and focus more
I do not have mood swings, and am able to stay on a more even keel.
again, the effects are not body-shocking and mind-blowing, but they are calculable.
I do miss pizza and beer tho - sigh

since the middle of December - had a few lapses during the holidays, but the effects during the lapses are very short lived, as long as you get right back on the wagon.
