Edgy: Alone With My Friends

@ Charlie: Excellent job although sprints are the bane of my existence…well, cardio in general is the bane of my existence…lol…

HELL YA CHARLIE!!! WOOOOOOTT!

Print sighting! my oh my. I totally thought young (not so crazy) Jack N. too. Jesus the way you talk about yourself sometimes you’d think you have an arm sticking out of your forehead. Your a handsome dog.

Ink - I’m thinking you have a lot of acid in your system and the tight belt is pushing this shit up. You know how to balance acid? with base. eat your spinach boy.

Charlie - can I have an AMEN! push it like your life depends on it. Great PR

Edgy - Hai!!!

Nice Pushing Hot Charlotte!

Hai Frenchie ;^) (that was my feeble attempt at e-winking at you!)

Made it to the gym this morning, Chest day, and not really looking to break any records with any chest movement, so kept to machines, weighted abs, Tricep cable pushdowns, that sort of weaksauce shit.

but am amped about grippin & ripping 405DL on Monday~

c-ya!

^405 is in the bag. Knock the bottom out of it!

Very kind words Mainey. Thanks much.

Congrats on the PR Charlie, a couple of things if I may:

Try to find your sweet spot by possibly lowering the bar a bit slower, it seems as if your bar path is a bit erratic, I gaurantee once you find it you will be repping the 135s. Also where are you resting the bar on your hands, make sure they are not too far back on your fingers you will lose strength, going with a false grip will alleviate that as well.

Oh and I swear squeezing the butt cheeks helps with leg drive!

Awesome work Charlie, I hope to see more vids of you in the future.

This is helpful, thanks!!

I have a question, are you supposed to keep your entire foot flat on the floor? Would it be disqualified in a meet otherwise?

In the fed I compete in (APA) no I just have to be touching the floor but other feds do state in their rules that you have to have your feet flat, USAPL for instance which I plan on competing in you have to have your feet flat on the ground. My feet are very much like charlies, so I gotta get used to it.

Thanks for the e support everyone.

Matty- Thanks for the tips I’ll have to remember those for next bench day.

Charlie, great on the PR. And liking the new foam roller. Ooo squishy sprinting can be dangerous as I once found out.

LULZ ! Was reading caption w/Otis Redding playing. Perfect timing.

Looks like how I remember Cornelious SkunkyFunk looking.

I don’t like how this log is slightly less active on weekends. It makes my morning boring…

Saying hi…and shoot, did I miss the towel + sexy glasses pictures? Can we go ahead and repeat that?

Charlie: Nice benching! That’s a huge accomplishment. Those 45s won’t be far off judging by how easy that looked!

Edgy: Grip and rip indeed! 405 is yours, looking forward to updates tomorrow!

Print: Did you try the castor oil? men in glasses are a weakness of mine. (being in a towel is a given)

Smacks on the ass that linger a little too long to all of you!

^lulz lula. It’s a couple pages back by now. Nice to know you like geek sheek.

Doing the castor as I type this, will certainly let you know something tomorrow. Btw it took me 1 grocery & 3 drug stores to find it.

Sorry Spooky. We’ll be sure to pick it up over the weekends from hear on out.

Although this sounds like something our man Pee-Wee Herman would suggest, I agree totally, Matty. I think the reason why be when one does this, they are creating a more stable base. What do you think?

Yeah that makes sense to me, I was doing it by flexing my quads or pushing down with my feet but maybe this is better.

Thanks Lula(I kind of want to call you Cholo ha ha)

^for you Lula  Maybe channel this guy for your next lift day.

What a shitty nights sleep. Lost power twice & if I don’t hear some kinda noise ie- furnace, fan, noise maker, tv, I sleep horribly. & than you have to worry bout no alarm clock going off… What a way to start a Mon. Anyhow, it was mil day.

@lula- The castor was a disaster. Didn’t do a damn thing. Going to stick w/my black magic which in this case is really blue. It’s McTarnahans lotion. Unbelievable how well this stuff works. For those that don’t know what it is, google it. You might be surprised.

Holla print!
Sorry 'bout your shitty sleep. You need to master the art of the internal alarm clock. I have not slept with a clock beside my bed in about a year and I wake up at almost the exact same time every single day!
Yep, it works wonders!
