Nice pic print, I am so happy you posted one! Glasses look stylin’.
Great deadlifting charlie. I am going to start including farmer’s walks on my non-lifting days too! I think they will be helpful for other areas of my life, like carrying groceries home (frozen meat is heavy).
Print I wonder if I should add trap bar deadlift sometimes. I did it a long time ago and I remember it feeling way easier than all my other styles of lifting.
SEE that’s the problem with all these logs, everyone does such cool fun stuff i want to try everything!1
& Dj, they’re pretty much reading glasses. But I can’t see shit on a computer w/out them. When you’re this close to 50… shit is downhill from there.
Seriously, PM the pix, we can be the judge!
Not to many people will see it. Ain’t that many people come in this particular thread. & I’m hiding behind my glasses.
yeah, but you’re wearing a towel so not hiding anything else.

85lbs 5
95lbs 3
105lbs 1
110lbs 1 (PR)
115lbs 1 or maybe 2 (PR)!!! I was not even sure I would get it today with my wrists being all grumpy and the 85 feeling really heavy. lol
I felt I was not using the leg drive, just not working that today. :-/ I would have kept on with the heavy singles but there was no one I would trust to spot me there. They all left.
Oh and I must be proud as I am posting vids of a lift that highlights my most disliked body part my chubby belly. lol
Here is 110 for form, it’s better here than in the 115 vid
Here is the 115, I would have been happy with the one but was not sure it touched so I did a second and that one touched but just barely. Yeah boobies!!!
Also made my own foam roller today from a piece of pvc pipe from the work site and a piece of yoga mat.

And in one of my favorite colours.
Oh and yes did the sprints today although I had to wade through the flooded parts of the field to get to a patch to sprint on. Squishy runners :-/
Big HOOTY HOOT for pushin’ the 35s Charlie Chaplin. 45s are closer than you think. & again, way to stick to your sprints, shows some damn strong dedication.
