When I was dealing with it I had to make sure my lats were flexed before I pull so my ass wouldn’t go up. This was before when I had better form now I’m back to figuring it out again. lol

good questions…with the program that I’m on, my goals are set for the DL, and not on all my lifts like the venerable 5/3/1…

so, dunno - since 185 is such a chore, I imagine that 205 will be a long ways off -
