Being tall doesn’t mean shit. A short guy who has relatively long arms won’t benchpress as much as a tall guy with relatively short arms. Same story goes for squats and deadlifts.
People who justify being weaker in certain lifts because they’re tall is stupid. If your squat sucks and you’re 6’3", don’t say “it’s because I’m tall”, say “I’m just weak in my squat”. If you’re tall and your squat/deadlift/benchpress is weak and you’ve been making these excuses, look in the mirror and look if your limbs are really the reason for this.
