This story doesn’t make any sense. You had 2 spotters for 355 and you did 3 reps? Then you fell and sprained both ankles??? how did you sprain both your ankles by falling down?

You didn’t have an accident becuase you were pushing yourself to hard, you had an accident because you were being a jackass trying to impress people with all the weight you could move.

There is no way you can work out for all those years and not see any results, impossible. You can see results in as little as a month if you are dedicated.

here is my two cents based on your diet…take it for what it’s worth…

first of all, get rid of your snacks and turn them in to actual meals…out of my six meals one i count as a “snack” and it is 3 individual size yogurts(8g protein each) along with three high protein granola/nut bars(10g protein each) and my multi vitamin…something like this should be doable by most, no cooking, convinient and perfect for work…

your breakfast, lunch and dinner look good…it’s the inbetween the i would change…your second snack is ok, the first i would change to my preworkout meal: something like more oatmeal, piece of fruit and protein shake…

your dinner seems like a good post work out meal, in this case i would add another shake there…

i’m always shaky about green tea or coffee that late in someones day but if it’s not keeping you from getting some sleep, keep it…maybe even use it to add some extra calories in…a little milk or cream…maybe even chai tea…

your pre bed shake…add some carbs, it’ll help you grow…a piece or two of fruit, whatever…

i don’t know much, but i know how to get people big…you say you know how to work out hard, keep at it…get enough sleep, eat lots…watch yourself grow…

Let’s assume that with the best possible program of diet and exercise you will never gain a significant amount of muscle.

Why not just try to keep things in perspective? Maybe forget about trying to see significant muscularity in yourself. Maybe just do a sensible, balanced, moderate program of exercise and try to be satisfied that you will have more strength and better health at any given age than if you just sit on the couch and watch TV?

I would suggest that if your frame of mind is reflected by what you have written, you would be better off not messing around with steroids.

The way I see it, this guy is either

a) a troll

b) lying about either everything, or just some things, or just exaggerating

c) seriously screwing up in some way, like overtraining, not sleeping, bad sleeping, cheating on all reps in a bad way who knows

c) has some undiagnosed illness such as an allergy etc… that is draining the crap out of his energy needs

If this guy is for real I would like to see what finally works for him. As far as I am concerned, you are going to learn more from the guys who could not get results in the past, and try something else that works, than you learn from those who are doing well already (because they are using knowledge base that is already proven to work, that we already know .: not learning anything new)

We are stand up guys. I have more friends here than I have had my whole life.

If you ask anyone that I have helped on this site, they will tell you that I am a stand up guy.

I have never crossed the line with insults the way I did with you.

But, you crossed that line when you said to blow you, based off of my opinion, based off of you saying you quit.
