Received my Z12 last night, took 2 an hour before bed. I didn’t find it helped me stay asleep but I do recall that when I did wake through the night, it was easy to fall back asleep in two minutes.
The jury is still out; going to pop 3 tonight.
you are expecting a drug like effect… don’t.
You fell back asleep in two minutes? Ask yourself why? For me it was because my mind was “at peace”. I had one song in my head. Considering that I usually have 1001 thoughts, it was the weirdest feeling on earth. I fell back asleep, as you said, in two minutes.
The other part was the morning. I woke up rested. Not groggy, not hitting the snooze button, not anything. Clear mind, happy thought (singular on purpose) and rested.
The other thing I fond with the product is the “subtle” changes. Not the earth shattering, let’s make a false add on TV to promote this, I need to go on a talk show and promote my new book about sleeping, etc…
Good luck
It’s too early to tell but I hammered down a venison chip steak and some popcorn for lunch 2 hr. ago and have not gotten the sleepy’s so that may be a good thing. I’ll see when I hit the gym tonight.
I see phenibut is one of the active ingredients in Z-12. Recently I’ve been mixing my own sleep stack and I tend to use phenibut in low dosages as well.
Question for TC or anyone for that matter:
I’ve read that dosing too much phenibut can cause withdrawal symptoms when you come off. I tried to find answers about taking it every day, but most of searches came up with people who tried taking 1g plus daily. I take a very small dose of 250mg. Even if I were to take it daily, should I be worried if the dosage is this small?

L- Tryptophan works wonders for me. I do the same stack 3 times a day last one at 5 or 6 pm and try to go to sleep by 11.
I’ll second this. Personally it works better for me than ZMA, which has me getting up to pee a couple of times during the night.
