I have some Ephedra5 capsules as well as some redline caps and Spike caps. I also got some cheap aspirin from walgreens.
I’m hoping to make some synergistic combination of the three. My body can tolerate a large amount of caffeine at one time since I’m so used to it thanks to Spike Shooters. I can handle 600-700mg at one time easily without even feeling jittery.
In what proportions should I use for this ECA combo? Each tablet of aspirin contains 325mg of aspirin. Any help or experience with some sort of ECA stack greatly appeciated.
20mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, 325mg aspirin seems to be the normal dose. I cut the aspirin out of my stack and did 300mg caffeine and it worked excellent.
The 80mg adult asa is plenty enough. If your body can handle that much caffine at a time I would discontinue use for a long perdiod of time in an attempt to make the product more effective at lower doses.
Of late a lot of people are downplaying the role that asprin has played in the combo. Most don't even use it anymore. I still think it has some synergistic effect, but last time I gave the eca a go, I went with a walgreens "low dose" asprin for the stack, which is around 35-45 mg I believe as opposed to the old 325mg dose.
Asprin might be good but I believe the lower dose is better for you in the long run if taking it regularly. And like lil guy said, I think you're crazy if you continue to take that much caffeine, especially in conjunction with the ephedra. Having said that, it's too bad you don't have pure ephedra instead of the other crap. Nonetheless, it will probably work pretty well dude.
