I know ECA is not recommended, so drop the A and keep the EC. But if you take Aspirin with that stomach guard thing, would it be ok then? Doesn’t Aspirin extend the metabolic raise effect?
And what about grapefruit? It often has this effect of increasing the potency of drugs, would it be the same in this case?

Ok thanks a lot. I’m glad I asked… I know a bit about negative effects of NSAIDS in regards to muscle-building, But I wondered why it was used like that for a long time before.
This is an interesting thread and I hope more people chime in for you gogo..
I know when I used the eca stack, I used the low dose asprin, 35mg or so I believe. I always heard more pro than con where the asprin was concerned, as far as extending the effects of the other two.
Grapefruit sounds interesting though. Cmon guys, give gogo a shout on this one!

A chemical in grapefruit slows the breakdown of caffeine. It also seems to slow the body’s acclimation to it.[/quote]
So would that mean the effects of an EC stack would be weakened but extended?
Also, the slow acclimation to caffeine would be useful in weakening the withdrawal symptoms you get when stopping the EC stack, if I get it… There is surely more than that, because Ephedrine has not been taken in consideration in all that…
And fortunately, Ephedrine is still legal in Canada, I buy it in my local supplements store hehe
And I should have wrote ‘‘Aspirin is not recommended in an ECA stack…’’ My bad.
