Eatliftsleep: Get Yo' Ass In Here!

Lower ab fat is the worst. My love handle area NEVER goes away, freaking annoying as hell.

I dont know if its the fat loss or the pose, but your back symmetry seems to ironed itself out.

Dont let the mind games get to you, you are looking good man. Try as much as you can to ENJOY the results… Its tough to do while you are in the thick of it, but just be aware of how far along you are and how crazy it is instead of “I still have .02 ounces of fat, I’m a failure!”

Man i feel like such an emotional bitch lol, like i expect my first ever prep to br flawless and perfect lol. I really try to not let it get to me and just enjoy the ride but some days are just hard.

From now on ill try my best to just stay positive and not stress because if anything that will just make me look worse.

Yeah i noticed my symmetry looked a lot better i was happy about that.

Thanks for the kind words Lonnie.

For me it’s always the last to leave, first to arrive.

Ya seems that way for me too. I just hope 2 weeks is enough time to shed it

Quick question. When did you guys ,if at all, cut back on intensity and trying to hit PRs in the gym?

My “peak week” protocol called for super high rep stuff so it acted as a de-facto cut back on intensity, but other than that I was working up to heavy (for me) weights right up until that last week.

Defer to Shelby though because he has tons of experience with guys and my sample size of one might not be good to go off of, and I’m not that strong so the weights aren’t exactly super heavy.

Got veiny out of no where

Sounds good. And yeah i dont consider myself strong either i just mean in relative terms. Like, all the precontest vids i watch everyone has a different way of trainibg up to the show, some stay heavy and some say they like to just focus on contraction and pump more

Towards the end, your brain may f-ck with you pretty badly. If Shelby’s cutting cardio and putting in some more carbs, let him do it and just keep your eye on the big picture.

SOme people get to cruise into shows, others sputter and stumble across the finish line. Who actually wins has nothing to do with how they got there just so long as they look amazing the morning of the show. You definitely came a long way brother, just focus on what you need to, and remind yourself that you can’t always trust how you feel, or look. THat’s why you hire a coach in the first place!

seriously thank you, your input means more than you know. I will try my best to actually take it and not let my mind fuck with me.

Honestly not much, however, i was doing things on my own before this prep hitting each muscle once a week. This prep with shelby ive been on a push pull legs split hitting everything twice in 5 days which i really like a lot better.

Ill be working with shelby in the offseason and ill make sure to keep anyone who cares updated.

Thanks for the kind words brother.

Looking cherry bruddah! Doing a good job maintaining size too. Impressive delts in that back double bi pose. Overall your physique flows very nicely. Legs look good too.

Little update. 10 days out!!! Sitting at 191.8 today. Thats a 7lb drop from 4 days ago. I was shocked. These photos were taken with no pump and the last ones were right after back and bis so keep that in mind lol. To my eye i am visibly leaner. More vascular and a lot harder. Really looking forward to these next 10 days and seeing how lean i can get. Still gotta shed some fat from those damn glutes hams and lower abs in my opinion though but im not stressing, more motivated than ever right now and you guys are helping me and i really appreciate it.
