Eatliftsleep: Get Yo' Ass In Here!

The 2x legs/week during offseasons is what I did every year I competed, and it helped quite a bit. Like you, my own quads lagged my torso, but also like you, having full hams and calves (and dialing in the conditioning) will more than make up for it in most line-ups.

Right on track IMO.

Fuck ya stu, thanks for the motivation, really appreciate it.

Im feeling 10 times better after getting some carbs in me. I know it wont make much a difference with filling out right now but im hoping closer to showtime we can make some magic happen somehow. That and im just hungry as hell lol. So ready to eat some pizza and ice cream but this white rice is amazing for today. Tomorrow ill be back on 20g carbs So im enjoying it while it lasts. It has definitely effected my mood in a positive way as well.

little carb load update aprox 240g carbs yesterday all from white rice, 1 cup per meal. Weight was 206lbs this morning. So that is my lowest weight to date. Approximately 2lbs down from a few days ago. So it seems like it had a positive effect. Feeling a lot better but I know I’m still flat and need to fill out a lot, A LOT.

and fdb.

Well, no one can mistake you for a runner… Thats for damn sure. You are looking good man, cant wait to see the finished results.

Hahah yeah that would be a hard blow to the ego for sure. Yeah im getting so ancy its rediculous. Thanks for the motivation!

4 weeks out today… These hunger pains are seriously killing me. Its really bad. I cant turn my tv from the food network and constantly thinking of food!!! How the fuck do you guys cope with this? Do you get cravings badly?

On a good note ill be having 1cup rice with every meal on sunday just like last week and im beyond excited for that.

So basically to sum this up… IM FUCKING STARVING!!! Holy shit.

Theres gotta be some basically calorie free foods i can eat like cucumbers or celery or something? Anything?

lol, power through! You can do it! Haha.

I’m going to eat a whole cheesecake today just to be a dick.

You lucky fucker!!! Im seriously gaining 20lbs an hr after this show is over holy shit.

Kids, never ever ever take your food for granted, you finish every last bit of food on that plate and treat yourselves every now and then. I never thought i could crave food so much.

Could you just eat like a head of lettuce? there can’t be any real calories in there, and would seem like it’d be reallyyyy filling lol.

So i found this company called walden farms and they are calorie free! They have a syrup and it tastes simply amazing. Yesterday i made tiny cookies which consisted of isolate protein, peanut butter, and the calorie free syrup, they were amazing, amazingly small, hahah.

Weight is 201lbs even this morning.
4 weeks out exactly.

Seriously guys, look up this walden farms company and tell me what you think. I dont understand how they are calorie free. Of course i asked shelby, he said it was fine just dont go crazy with it, which im not, but how the hell do they do it?

Walden’s is pretty popular among BB preps I’m pretty sure. I think John Meadows has talked about it, as well as a lot of the IIFYM’s type guys

I’ve heard the Walden Farms Peanut Butter taste like hot dog crap, so not all of their products are 10’s

Sounds like you are suffering… gotta get Shelby to jump on board with my endless broccoli protocol

Other hunger killing tips:

  • Fluid intake. It doesn’t quite do the trick some times, but having a belly full of a ton of fluid will some times knock out the cravings by activating the stretch receptors on the stomach.

  • Diet drinks and sodas too, since they have flavor and the carbonation can provide a bit of a “full” feeling.

  • Maybe combine two meals into one at the start of the day? Don’t need to go Intermittent Fasting on us, but delaying meal 1 for three hours is something many find easy, and then you could fill up your stomach with a double volume meal and that might set the stage for the rest of the day.

  • I am not familiar with them, but maybe an appetite suppressant could help you?

Stay strong brah, you’re almost done.

Thanks man, yeah mainly im just complaining and being a bitch, ill be fine lol, i stay away from diet sodas because of the aspartame mainly. I did have this calorie free drink called bang after leg day yesterday and it was amazing lol.

Im carb loading today with the rice again today, 1cup per meal So thats helping a bit, but nothing will compare after the show when i can eat pizza and cupcakes, cookies, cake, donuts… pretty sure im gonna rupture my stomach lol.

I had a large pizza and a banoffee pie for the first of my dinners tonight. Mmmm god damn it was tasty. Washed it down with a couple of beers, too.

ok, I promise not to post any more douchey stuff like that

Oh trust me i torture myself more than enough lol. Ill lay in bed just googling desserts and any foods i can think of All the time. Probably not good but i cant help it lol

after losing 20 kgs, i had thought about preparing for a contest too but i now see that its something completely different.

i dont know if i could handle this much hunger and cravings.
