Eatliftsleep: Get Yo' Ass In Here!

lighting was a bit different from last up date but either way, still feeling a bit more “crisp” than last week, weight is down 5 lbs, sitting at 207.5 as of today. Definitely holding some water though as estrogen is quite elevated at the moment, bloodwork confirmed. Gonna get on that asap. Other than that, just bulldozing through this shit.

Man, you guys sure are some quiet fuckers.

Id love to hear some feedback and criticisms on things i can improve on if anyone wants to chime in.

prep gets hard as about a week into calorie deficit hahah i start cycling my carbs at about week 8 and drop them almost completely at week 5 with one refeed a week i also am a big believer in changing your diet weekly or bi weekly in my experience one thing that works one week dosnt always work the next. Not to sound like a dick but if you want complete honesty you should be leaner at 5 weeks out then you are. You have plenty of size and pretty good build but just need more aggressive diet and drugs

New pics are looking good, you and Shelby are right on track it looks like. Hamstrings are getting that “hang” to them which always separates you from the pack, keep on grinding man, it will be over before you know it.

I appreciate the input. I think im right on track though but glutes n hams need to definitely lean out A bit more. Remember, im depleted as hell right now and holding water from elevated estrogen. Then theres still water manipulation in the final week. Just my opinion.

Definitely looking tighter and crisper in the new pic. On track no doubt.

Thanks stu. I know this is my first show, but i really want to bring some really good conditioning. Ill be busting my ass even harder from now on.

Whats your opinion of peaking too early or being ready too early for a show? Is there such a thing? Im not saying that will be me, but 5 weeks still is quite some time to go and a lot can happen.

Oh and heres an updated back shot. I need to figure out whats up with the symmetry issue on lower left side. Do you guys think this is muscular issue or maybe how im posing?

Tough to say with just a photo, try posing to a video instead and trying a few different angles and arm positions (up, back, forward) to see if it irons itself out in certain positions.

Yeah thats a good idea. I can see my hips arent enen either. Definitely gotta play with that. Posing is definitely its own animal.

Shelby will take care of you. YOu want to be ready early so you can slowly increase cals and fill out better rather than looking as flat and rundown

It’s all gonna depend on how you’re looking and when. I’ve had guys just bump #s the last week of as prep, and I’ve had guys that we had to increase #'s every week for the entire last month. Trust your coach on this one. This is where having an esxperienced “eye” will benefit you the most.

Thanks stu, yeah i trust him 100%. So much so ive decided to stick with him in the offseason. Cant wait for that. But right now im focused on today, which just so happens to be 1hr fasted cardio, eat 5eggs and 4 egg whites, go train legs and then 20min hiit cardio on stair stepper, this should be fun.

update: weight 209lbs today, but that was after meal 3 around 5pm and a bunch of water, weight is usually taken around 10am with 1 meal and not much water.

Seriously feeling it this week. Everything is a struggle from getting out of bed to just walking around. Sometimes I’ll get a little bit of energy but it never lasts. But somehow in the gym I mange to match what I did last week or hit prs on a few things. Just a mental game really I guess. But definitely feeling SUPER depleted and flat. My body is so fatigued.

and fdb, definitely need more legs that’s for damn sure. I’ll be killing them in the off season. I feel like all this cardio I walked them away. They were probably just fatter than I thought. Or it’s the angle but I think they need a bit of work, among everything else as well.

Tomorrow i’ll be loading a bit on carbs, 1 cup white rice with every meal, 6 meals, so roughly 240g of carbs. Can’t fuckin wait.

You look dense dude. And I’m no expert yeah while your quads lag a tad, you hams are pretty developed, which I feel are that ‘harder’ of the too to bring up.

Keep killing it dude.

Thanks man. Really appreciate that. I think ill definitely be hitting quads twice a week at least in off season. Today is back and bis on a new split, plus ive actually had some carbs so today should be fun.
