Hell yeah brother! I knew you’d do well, but I’m alays hesitent to say stuff like that because you never know who else is showing up.
Don’t knock the Amateur class. All it means is that the other competitors haven’t won any open classes themselves. That certainly doesn’t mean that they’re not impressive bodybuilders in their own rights.
Doing well really lights a fire under your ass huh? -lol Now you’ve got the “I wonder how much better I could get?” questions buzzing around in your head

Exactly! I look at my physique and i know there is just tons upon tons of improvement to make, now i am more aware of my weaknesses also. thank you for your support stu. Do you have any shows lined up??
Outstanding job! I knew from following this thread you’d do well. Glad to hear your experience with Shelby has been an enjoyable one and overall a success. You look great. Keep grinding brother and best of luck in the offseason.

Thank you very much! I’ll be grinding hard as possible that’s for sure, and anyone looking for an awesome prep coach, hire shelby with no hesitation. Yeah, maybe I could have been leaner but this was my first show and he’s still learning my body, but i am beyond happy with the results, we will smash these photos next prep.
Looking great man, obviously the first place finish should tell you that though
I’m sure you and Shelby have a good plan for the growth season, I’d say maybe the only thing “lagging” are the hamstrings, but if you are working with Shelby you are likely doing some Mountain Dog type stuff (hamstrings first, extended hamstring curl sets, stiff leg deads) they should come up, his guys all seem to have impressive Hammie development.

Cant wait to see your growth man, good work.[/quote]
Yep you nailed it, this first month we are really focusing on glutes and hams, and thank you for the kind words. Cant wait to grow
Hey guys just wanted to say, anyone who loves egg whites or frequently eats them, or if youre just looking for a super easy way ro add protein to your diet, check out www.eggwhitesint.com and if you like what they have to offer then place an order and tell them mason mccaffrey sent you. It would help me out a lot and you cant beat the products they offer.
My girlfriend wanted to do a show. Showed her this thread she no longer wants to do one. You basically saved my life not having to “argue” (me agreeing that I’m wrong) with her when she gets angry. She is hispanic so naturally she is bat shit crazy sometimes. Scary little woman. So thank you.
